RESERVATION FORM

Welcome aboard! We are pleased that you have joined our travel team to participate in our world-class adventures on the high-seas. This form is used for requesting a reservation on one of our cruises.

Please read all the instructions carefully before proceeding to to the reservation form. 

As you proceed to fill in the form, please note that not all cabins can accomodate the same number of guests. Submittal of this form does not guarantee cabin availability, which can change at any time without prior notice. Entertainment Cruise Productions staff will contact you with complete booking information after your reservation request has been reviewed.

All reservation requests will require a deposit. Please pay attention to the deposit amounts below. At this time, we do not accept credit card information online, for bookings. We are working toward implementation of this feature at a later date. Upon receipt and review of your submission, your order will be processed as quickly as possible. Entertainment Cruise Productions staff will contact you to confirm payment details.

BOOKING DEPOSIT AMOUNTS PER CRUISE

This reservation form will require that you submit all of the information for EACH guest sharing a cabin. Each form is considered a request for ONE cabin. Please note that you can submit information for up to 5 GUESTS per form. However, we cannot guarantee availability of cabins accomodating multiple guests. If you have any questions regarding cabin availability, please contact Entertainment Cruise Productions staff.

If you require a SINGLE cabin (no cabin-mates), there is a check-box on the form (near the bottom) to indicate this preference.Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee single cabins. Availability will be reviewed and confirmed upon review by our reservationists.

Privacy Policy: Entertainment Cruise Productions, LLC will not disclose any personal information to any outside party without the customer’s knowledge and consent. The detail of any customer’s travel reservations are not revealed to any outside party except as necessary to process a customer’s cruise reservations. In instances where personal information is required and obtained, this information will be used only for the purpose for which it was supplied.
